Description
AI:AT will be installed in Wien (Austria), at TU Wien. It will be owned by the EuroHPC JU and operated by Advanced Computing Austria ACA GmbH.
The EuroHPC JU will award a single contract to the successful tenderer for the acquisition, delivery, installation and maintenance of this AI-optimised supercomputer. Accordingly, prospective contractors should demonstrate proven experience in acquiring, delivering, installing and maintaining supercomputers in environments comparable to those required under this procurement procedure.
The solutions to be procured are expected to outperform existing solutions regarding several of the following aspects:
- Performance/TCO;
- Usability for AI model and application development, testing, and deployment (inference);
- Versatility in adapting to new AI use-cases which are transforming the supercomputing landscape;
- Security, including data security and the provision of Secure Processing Environments;
- Reliability for industry workloads;
- Energy efficiency.
The estimated total value for the call is EUR 32 000 000. The closing date of the call is set for 1 April, 16:00 CET.
