In accordance with the procurement contract to establish a new EuroHPC Access Platform, the proposals data and users of the current Peer-Review platform will be migrated to a new system. The access link to the system will remain the same: https://access.eurohpc-ju.europa.eu/ and users will be able to access their proposals with the same login data and apply to newly opened calls from the new system.
The migration is expected to start on 5 September 2025, afternoon. The process will include closure of the current system, importing the data into the new system, testing and acceptance and then going live with the new system. The expected downtime to finalize the mentioned processes will be around 2 weeks and will be updated here.
As we move to a new platform launching in September 2025, here’s how each Access Call will be affected. Please review the timeline and steps relevant to your application:
CALLS FOR TRADITIONAL HPC:
- Extreme Scale Access:
- April 2025 cut-off – results will be communicated via the new system
- October 2025 cut-off – will be opened for submission in the new system during September
- 2026 cut-offs – will be opened for submission in the new system later in the year
- Regular Access:
- September 2025 cut-off – submission period in the current system, evaluations done in the new system: the results of the administrative check will be delayed until the new system is live
- 2026 cut-offs – will be opened for submission in the new system later in the year
- Benchmark and Development Access:
- July 2025 submission period (cut-off on 1 August) – evaluations completed during August 2025
- August 2025 submission period (cut-off on 1 September) – submission deadline date of 1 September will be preponed to 18 August 2025 – evaluations completed in the current system
- September 2025 submission period – delayed/to be opened during the month in the new system
AI FACTORIES ACCESS CALLS:
- AI for Science and Collaborative EU projects Access
- June 2025 cut-off – evaluations completed during August 2025
- August 2025 cut-off – submission period in the current system, evaluations done in the new system: the results of the administrative check will be delayed until the new system is live
- October 2025 cut-off onwards – opened in the new system
- Large Scale Access
- 31 July 2025 cut-off – evaluations completed during August 2025
- 14 August 2025 cut-off – evaluations completed during August 2025
- 01 September 2025 cut-off – will be closed
- 15 September 2025 cut-off – will be closed
- 30 September 2025 cut-off onwards – opened in the new system
- Fast Lane and Playground Access
- Open until 25 August 2025 - evaluations completed until end August 2025
- Closed until mid-September when it will be reopened in the new system
