AI-Accelerated Peptide Discovery and Validation for Longevity Therapeutics: The QuantaPep Large-Scale Pipeline

April 2026 - 12 months Allocation Period

QuantaPep is an end-to-end AI-driven peptide discovery platform developed by Rejuvenage Kft., targeting longevity-relevant pathways including sirtuins, AMPK, and mTOR. The pipeline integrates transformer-based sequence generation, a proprietary high-throughput docking engine, variational quantum gate scoring (VQE/QAOA), and molecular dynamics validation to screen and rank therapeutic peptide candidates at industrial scale.

The current pipeline processes approximately 35,000 candidates per hour and has screened over 3 million leads to date. A preprint describing the platform was deposited on Zenodo in April 2026, with a peer-reviewed submission to Briefings in Bioinformatics in preparation.

The primary bottleneck limiting further scientific and commercial progress is the compute cost of full-scale molecular dynamics validation (~500 ns trajectories per lead series) and large-scale transformer model retraining on expanded peptide databases. Access to EuroHPC AI Factory resources would allow us to run production-grade MD simulations, retrain and fine-tune our generative models on high-value target families, and accelerate our quantum-classical hybrid scoring pipeline — directly enabling peer-reviewed publication, IP consolidation, and progression of validated candidates into our Microvect transdermal delivery platform.
